Our new quinoa balls may be of a traditional Swedish shape, but make no mistake – these little balls are a tasty sensation beyond the usual! They’re based on green lentils, red quinoa and vegetables, and have a piquant taste of fennel and orange plus a subtle sting of black pepper.

Recipes that work perfectly with our Quinoa balls

Ingredients

Green lentils*(49%), red quinoa*(12%), onion*, carrots*, tomato concentrate*, lentil fluor*, pea protein*, potato starch*, salt, orange juice concentrate*(0,6%), fennel seeds*(0,5%) and black pepper*(0,3%). Pre-fried in rapeseed oil*.

Preparation

Oven: 14 minutes, 210 °C. Prepare direct from frozen.

Put the balls in an ovenproof dish and place in a pre-heated oven. After approximately 7 minutes carefully turn them over. Serve when golden and crispy!
