Frying pan: 7-8 minutes.
Medium/medium low heat. Fry direct from frozen. Warm 1 mm of oil in the pan. Lay the falafels in the pan and gently shake the pan to move them a little. Shake the pan and turn the falafels every minute to ensure an even colour and warming. Serve when hot and crispy!
Oven 10-11 minutes at 200 °c.
Prepare direct from frozen Lay the falafels in an oiled oven dish and place in a preheated oven. After 5 minutes turn all the falafels. Return to the oven for a further 4 minutes. Serve when hot and crispy!
